DELIVERY

How do I place my order?

You can shop online through the webshop. Choose your favorite Saint of Love, fill your shopping basket and follow the steps to fill in your shipping and billing information and pay securely online.

How will my order be sent?

We will send your order well-packaged via bpost or another parcel service, depending on the destination. Via the track and trace code - which you will receive by e-mail - you can follow the journey of your parcel.

Via bpost you can always indicate your delivery preferences if you are not at home to receive your parcel.

What is the delivery period?

Your parcel will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping via Bpost:

- in Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxembourg: FREE

Can I pick up my order myself?

If you live near Loppem, you can pick up your Saint of Love(s) by appointment!
You can select this option at the checkout of your order.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email to agree on when the package can be picked up.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Is it not what you expected? Then you can return your package in its original packaging within fourteen days of delivery. The refund will be made automatically after we receive the package. The Saint of Love must be returned in the original undamaged shipping package. Upon receipt of the undamaged Saint of Love, we will refund you immediately.
